What We Do
Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique that emits high frequency soundwaves into the body.The soundwaves are then reflected back to produce images of the internal organs and tissues.
Using a state of the art GE Logiq book XP portable ultrasound machine, Animal Images will perform on-site ultrasounds in your office or if necessary, at your clients home.
If an abnormality is found you can either send the images to your specialist or a report is usually available within 24hrs by one of our many board certified Vet Radiologists via telesonography at NO Charge*.
*STAT readings are available for an additional fee.
Animal Images will use one of the following services:
Sonopath
VDIC
DARK HORSE
We may also send the images to a specialist of your choice.
ULTRASOUND MACHINE TRAINING
If you have a machine and need to learn how to use it, we can set up training sessions. I can help you learn your machine and how to get optimal images on your own.
