 Animal Images is founded by Tracy Moegenburg, a registered diagnostic medical sonographer and registered vascular technologist ( RDMS, RVT). The ARDMS is the nationally recognized accreditation society for ultrasound. I have been performing ultrasounds since 1995 and I am so excited for the opportunity to extend my knowledge of ultrasound to the veterinary practice. 

 Ultrasound is solely dependant upon the person operating the machine. Therefore,I am certain you would feel better knowing that a experienced, registered sonographer will be performing your ultrasounds verses someone with little or no ultrasound  experience at all. 

 I have worked at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville since 2003 as a registered sonographer and vascular technologist and also completed a 2 day small animal scanning workshop at NCSU CVM to ensure my scanning skills in animals. I just recently took a cardiac class and hope to sit for the Cardiac registry in 2011.

I have also been involved with the Jax Zoo, I am currently involved in training sessions with a SilverBack Gorilla , Quito, (training for non-sedated ultrasound exams) and pregnancy scans of a Bonobo named Lorel.

Our Business

 We are commited to providing  quality ultrasounds with high standards of loving, gentle patient care. I love animals and I love ultrasound so now I can enjoy both at the same time.

  I will do everything I can to make sure their exam is accurate, complete, and most of all,  as stressfree as possible.

  I have over 16 years of experience as a sonographer and hold credentials in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Vascular and Breast.  I love animals and  I have 2 cats, Angel and Sunflower and an American Bulldog namedTurk.
