•  First, call to schedule an orientation appointment so I may meet with you, show you my machine and answer any questions you may have regarding fees and/or services.

• Once an agreement is met we can begin scheduling appointments for your office.
• You may schedule an appointment by calling or emailing me.
• After hours, please leave a msg and I will get back with you as soon as possible.

         APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE:

• All day on Wednesdays.
• Late afternoon
• Saturday morning (by appointment only)

• I will only be available part time right now, but will be going full time in the near future. Therefore, please allow 24hrs notice in scheduling exams. As soon as I am available for sameday exams I will update the site so keep checking back.
• Once I am able to go full-time I will have appointments available  Monday- Friday       8:30 am-5:00 pm.
• Emergency after hours exams available 6:00-8:00pm (additional charges may apply)
• If the above times conflict with your schedule please call, I am sure we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
• If you need to add on an exam to your schedule please let me know prior to my arrival so I can plan accordingly.

EXAM PREP

• Abdomen exams require the patient to be fasting for at least 8 hours.

• Please inform clients their pet will be shaved if necessary.Please obtain a consent for shaving.
• Please shave patient prior to my arrival.They need to be shaved from the xyphoid process and extend into the caudal abdomen with large lateral margins over the last 3 or 4 ribs.

• Cardiac scans need to have 3 (2"x2") areas shaved, right and left axilla and caudal to the xyphoid process.

• I may also need 1-2 of your staff to help restrain your patient during their exam.

• Please fill out a Patient Info Form prior to exam. This helps give me all the info I need to send the exam for interpretation.
